Entry department no informative, too busy so lack of communication, just a small ord about what was happening would be appreciated. Ward staff were very nice.

Everything and everyone involved were kind, caring and professional however under pressure they may have been.
Suggested improvements
I cannot think of any ways the service could be improved, except by more support and reward from government and users. I love NHS!
